Nossowicz Jr., Theodore (Ted, Butch) April 9, 2022 age 76 of Dearborn Heights. Beloved son of the late Theodore Sr. and Helen (nee Dziob). Dear brother of the late Anna (Richard) Mucha and their children; Julie (Joseph) Tabonair, Justine (Victor) Ventimiglia and Rachelle (Adam) Steinman. Loving cousin of Mary Wantuck, Richard Gauska and Rosanne (Kenneth) Balinski (cousin and caregiver). Most cherished uncle of Brian (Danielle) Temple, Michael (Kelly) Temple and Kelly (Joseph) Schulwitz and their children; Cassady (Dean) Michel, Kenneth Pappas (Brianna), Joseph Pappas, Corey Temple, Camryn Temple, Gabriella Pappas, Jordan Temple and Conner Temple. Survived by many other loving family members and caring friends. Butch retired from the Detroit Newspapers after 38 years of devoted service. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran and a huge fan of the Detroit Red Wings and the Detroit Tigers. He will be so sadly missed by all. Visitation Monday, April 18th 4:30 – 8 PM with a 7 PM Prayer Service at Vermeulen-Sajewski Funeral Home, 980 N. Newburgh Road (between Ford Road and Cherry Hill) Westland. Interment on Tuesday, April 19th 2 PM at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly, Michigan. All are welcome to attend, please arrive by 1:15 PM.
