Thomas R. Sandoval Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Our beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend, Thomas Ryan Sandoval, passed away in the late afternoon hours of Saturday, June 11, 2022. Age 40 years. Tom was born March 30, 1982, in Saginaw, MI to Colleen Foy and Tom Sandoval Jr. Tom was a 2000 graduate of Salem High School. He attended Eastern Michigan and Schoolcraft College. He went on to be a business entrepreneur and was part owner of the Nassau Grill and Bar with Bill Sorenson until they sold it in 2020. Tom was an avid reader, big fan of basketball, Premier Soccer League especially the Tottenham Hotspurs, and had recently gotten into woodworking. Tom was a friend to all, and a kind soul. Left to cherish his memory are: his parents Colleen and Yamil Rodriguez (Plymouth) and Tom Sandoval Jr. (Saginaw), his twin Jessica (Mike Sleeva) Sandoval (Northfield Township) and sister Leslie Rodriguez (Detroit), his three nephews Preston, Maddox, and Wesley. He will also be deeply missed by Janice Bowler (Samantha and Lucas) who brought Tom so much love and happiness, his grandparents Ellie and Fred Avila (Harrison), and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Tom was predeceased by grandparents Tom Sandoval Sr., Robert and Eileen Foy and uncle Dave Foy. At the request of Tom, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Tom’s life will be held on Monday, June, 20th from 1pm to 4pm, lunch will be served at 2pm, at Plymouth Manor, 345 North Main St, Plymouth.
